I went for a massage the other day and the lady prodded my leg and said I have a bad problem with water retention.
I always feel bloated...could this be a result of this?
How can I get rid of it, any pills?

A lot of people have this problem, especially women. I do a "lymphatic drainage" massage weekly to keep myself from bloating and water retention. After the massage, you will pee a lot. It's really good and useful, but quite painful, if your lymphatic system is quite blocked.
Less salty foods, and exercise will help.
Serious water retention where your legs are swollen is not the same... it would be something wrong with kidneys.

The thing is, I exercise lots, drink at least 2 litres a day, don't eat excess salt... and unfortunately don't have the money or time to go for a lymphatic drainage massage each week.
I was hoping there were some pills or something like that that I could take? Any ideas?

Water retention is a word often used to explain weightgain, cellulite etc, without it truly meaning increased water / fluid in the skin/body. Important to know if your kidney and heartfunction / circulation is OK. Really, if you feel well, do not have swelling of the ankles, have a normal Bloodpressure and do not take medications, it probably does not mean much. You can check with your doctor.
