I'm looking for:

- a heart specialist

- a nutritionist

- a gastroenterologist

with thorough knowledge of mitral valve prolapse syndrome and its attendant conditions and symptoms.

Ideally, this person is female, reasonably priced, willing to listen / spend time with a patient and open to holistic and alternative approaches. If I can't find practitioners with this kind of knowledge within Hong Kong, I'm willing to go outside the city.


ALso looking for others who have mitral valve prolapse syndrome and / or celiac disease for information sharing and support.

Thanks for this as it will be helpful, (and has inspired me to make a film entitled "Journey to the Center of Your Colon" :) ) but I've done a lot of this research already and have lots of web references. I'm looking for real people now. Especially people qualified to conduct certain tests as I really need to know if I can ever eat anything with gluten again and even if I can, I am on a restricted diet (No sugar/anti-candida) and want to know how others cope with these kinds of things, especially while travelling.
