Try Olive body butter by Body Shop - it's quite good but also fairly greasy.

Try Gehwol foot cream. They make a special cream to prevent and/or manage blisters, and other creams for other foot problems. Also, Compeed make a blister stick and also make dressings especially for blisters. You will probably only be able these from a podiatrist, not Mannings or Watsons and the like.

Try put a thick layer of Vaseline all over your feet than put on socks(thin and comfortable one) when you sleep at night for a few days, you will see a good result.

Vaseline is a mineral oil and won't penetrate any deeper than the surface layer of skin. Also, it's messy and I doubt whether socks will stop it marking your bed sheets. However, it won't cost you very much to try it out otherwise.

My feet get very dry too when I use sandals. In Europe I found the Neutrogena Foot Creams (there were 2 different ones, and I used one of them). It corrected the problem right away. Nevertheless, I cannot find it here in Shanghai (I only arrived here about one week ago, so it does not mean that it is not here, I just have to continue looking for it).
