Our doctor discourages "snapping", who shall we believe.

Dr. Chin wouldn't do snapping, mainly v.deep massage your muscle, but you do need to go at least once a week,it works for me so well.

P.S. He is from and trained in NZ.Good luck!

Have you ever thought of Bone Setting, which is a traditional chinese way of fixing backbone problem. It is very safe if done by a registered Chinese Bone Setter. You may want to see Dr. Zhu in CausewayBay, Quality Chinese Medical Center. Their number is 2881 8267. web site is www.qualitytcm.com

i visit chinese doctor once in a while when i have "hot gas" or need some more energy. chinese doctors are best for lingering illness (eg: the lingering "end" of a cold, flu, etc.)

i tried acupuncture too, but it really pretty much sedate the pain (in that sense it does an excellent job) but not much removing the illness.

nothing really comes close to a good chiropractor when it comes to back, neck, and joint related problems... my year long neck problems were gone after see a few session (back in canada). oh btw, i DO prefer those that do snapping. exactly, it doesn't "feel" healthy but it works. at least it works for me =)

so anyone know any snapping chiropractor?

You should try an Osteopath, they specialise in musculoskeletal problems also and uses manual techniques like chiropractors, popular in UK, Aus and NZ. Call 28691663, they have a personal training centre there also.
