When I read your comments I crinched....First of all you need a Plastic Surgeon...A Cosmetic Surgeon is a GP that practices in Plastics....Not properly qualified. You need to find a good Plastic Sugeon, that has done lots of lasering...It can be extemely bad experience if you do this in incompetent hands. I worked for a Plastic Surgeon for many years and have seen some awful results when patients come in wanting things fixed up after a bad experience...So be very careful of where you go and who you go too....I recomend to ring the Austalian Society of Plastic Surgeons.....If based in Hong Kong, I recommend you do this when you go home....and can check out your home country credentials....

Plastic surgeon/cosmetic surgeon - about the same thing. Depends on where you live as to the expression you use.
