Did you Google it? I just did (never having heard of Q-switched before) and didn't see any mention of it being used to lighten under-eye circles. Not sure how appropriate it would be for an area so near the eyes, anyway, as you have to wear dark glasses while the procedure is being carried out to protect them. It would appear to be suitable for removing pigment and melanin, e.g. dark age-spots and tattoos, rather than 'curing' under-eye shadows, which are not due to pigment. And you can't do it on tanned skin so you'd have to slap on the +30 and always keep your face out of the sun. Wish there was something out there that would do the trick, but for now I guess we'll have to live with using concealer...
