anyone know what I can do about swollen feet? i've had them off and on - more on than off lately - for about 2 months. I can' t stand it. It feels awful and it's NOT attractive.
I saw my doc (western) about it. She didn't seem concerned. Any advice on how to get the swelling down? I elevate them above the heart whenever I can, but it's not much help.

I'd go see a different doctor and maybe get kidney function checked out. As well as, exercise (improve circulation in leg muscles), eat right (including lose weight), and drink plenty of water (helps kidneys function optimally).
