Anyone used Pinetarsol as a soap alternative?

Lately, a friend recommended this product called Pinetarsol, anyone use it long term? It doesn't say whether it's good for children, and babies.... cuz I would like my 3 year old to use it.... seemed to improved her eczema just twice already... but wondering HOW long can we use it ? Smells very medicinal.....
