do you have a good bed and pillow? I used to have constant shoulder blade pain. message can temporary release the pain, but it comes back time and time again, until i change my pillow to the shoulder support type (with curve). that really helps.

Can also try Alex Leung at Ken Lee Physiotherapy Centers, they have offices in Mong Kok and Central. Alex went to school and trained in New Zealand, is certified in Physio in both NZ and HK, speaks flawless English, and is Certified in TCM Accupuncture. Plus he also does CranioSacral Therapy.

Most women get shoulder pain due to their bra. Could this be an answer?

A Pain Specialist might be able to help. It sounds like a chronic pain problem. Dr Ben Tay at info@sportsphysicians.hk, He is pretty good at trigger point injection or dry needling or even accupuncture.

Try to figure out if there is any posture or movement you are doing that causes this. For instance, are you using the computer a lot? Doing repetitive work, etc? Not to say don't seek medical / physio help, but do your own sel-analysis to root out any causes related to overuse, weakness, or posture issue.
