GP for Pap smear?

Can I go to a GP to get a Pap smear done here (in HK) like I can in Australia, or do I need to go to a gynaecologist? Is there likely to be any difference in the cost?

There is also the Lady Helen Woo Women's Centre which charges $190 for the smear. An HPV Test is $500 but the smear and HPV Test together is $540. Also has a counselling service.
