Last night I experienced menstrual-like pain which caused me to vomit. I'm a week post ovulation so I know it's not ovulation cramps nor do I have my period. I've noticed increase flatulence last night too.
This morning, I still feel the achiness on my lower abdomen (but a lot better than last night) and decreased flatulence but still there.
I saw a doctor who gave me pain medication but have said that it's probably due to food poisoning.
I'm worried because I've had food poisonings before (always when I have raw or spicy food) and they are never like what I felt last night. I don't even have diarrhoea. Such pain is very unusual for me.
I'm just wondering if I should go to another GP or is it something that I should just wait-it-out and see?
I've been diagnosed with endometriosis a month ago, have had curry two days (but this achiness has been there for 2 weeks already and only got worse last night)... so I'm just not sure what to do.
Has anyone experienced this before?

sometimes serious massive build up of gas can feel like sharp pelvic pain. Did you eat something unusual? I sometimes have this when I eat something wrong - no necessarily diarrhea (could happen a bit later), but sharp cramping in the lower regions - all fall under a bit of bad food.
