Recent annual check-up revealed I have a 2cm fibroid. Doc said since I am seriously thinking about having a second baby, I may want to consult a specialist. Otherwise, it is benign. I am thinking off alternative treatment, herbs and TCM. Any recommendations?

Fibroids are hormone-related, that is oestrogen, specifically an oestrogen imbalance. In many case natural progesterone can rectify the imbalance and cause the fibroid to shrink.
