Anyone know any orthodontist or dentist that dose orthodontic works near Guangzhou or SZ??

Clifford Hospital in Panyu has an excellent dental clinic. My daughter had orthodontic work...a year of treatment with the good kind of braces...and it cost only about 8,000 rmb two years ago. There are some dentists there who speak some English. Insist that you get one. The ortho my daughter had was Dr Miao and Dr Dong was the dentist for other work. Both women, both very competent and gentle.

ya i know about Clifford.. I actually called them and talked to a Dr calls DR B????. i still got a few months left for my treatment (4-5months) and Im force to finish off my treatment in china. They said they never taken over a treatment b4, so they not sure. They want to see me first.. anyway I hope they can do it or maybe just put a retainer on to keep my teeth stable.

Yes, my daughter's orthodontist at Clifford was Dr Miao and our dentist was Dr Dong. Those are the only ones we used and were very happy with them.


When we got back to Canada, the orthodontist here wasn't sure that HE could 'finish' the treatment either!! My daughter already had her retainer. He was very nice and has been helping her and did have to file down her teeth a little bit only and didn't charge very much for that service.
