Allergy testing?

Hi everyone,


Been feeling a bit run down, headaches, itchiness etc & would like to get my allergies tested for the first time. My symptoms seem to be worse after having MSG. Does anyone else get this & what can usually be done since most things are cooked with MSG & it seems impossible to avoid when eating out?


My main question is do I get the tests done through a normal GP, Dermatologist or who else? Can anyone please recommend a good clinic? I have heard about NAET but not too familiar with the process. I think at this stage I don't want to have ongoing consultations and prolonged testings done aswell as expensive costs. I'm after the basic allergy testings that may be able to provide results sooner.

The symptoms do not necessarily indicate allergies. MSG sensitivity cannot be measured in tests. Best to see a GP and have a more detailed discussion and examination.
