If you're trying to learn yoga for relaxation in a studio the best place to go is probably Pure Yoga as their studios are in great locations and they have a brightness and spacesiousness to thier studio and general atomsphere - for best results it's best to get a private teacher - I know of an excellent instructor who's american but speaks fluent Mandarine and Cantonese who can offer private lessons either at the studios or in your home.
