how to calm down

everybody,


i hope i dont sound like crazy, i never read newspapers before and this past few months always have newspapers right in front of me at work and a lot of scary stuff in it- it always gets me everytime children in it,i always not to think to much about it, but today it hit me hard when i saw the newspaper.


my quuestion is do think to much about negative things, i never use to be like this i just remember it when i give birth last year that i become so sensitive about children is this normal or do i need to seek help? I am scared sometimes to be honest....

pls give some advice...

Hey Anada,

Why don't you try finding a counselor to talk to about why you are focusing on negative things. A counselor keeps things private, so you can be completely honest with them. I have found seeing a counselor can really help sort through things. There are some counseling agencies suggested on other post.
