Alive multivitamins

Hi, could someone tell where to get cheap alive mega nutritionals 30 vcaps. Also what is the difference in AIM Global and nature's way. On some of the boxes it is written aim global whereas the other hae nature's way. Is there any difference in price, how much and why????

also could u tell me if doctor's choice vitamin is equally good. comparable to alive vitamin.

I recommend either USANA vitamins or Vitamin Code Vitamins. USANA vitamins aren't cheap but they are effective. There is a USANA office on the 25th floor of the World Trade Center in Causeway Bay (next to SOGO) and you can buy vitamins there. Their vitamin package is around 400 HKD for a month's supply and is a combination of a vitamin and antioxidant set called Essentials. I have recently started using Vitamin Code by Garden of Life and prefer them over USANA. I have not yet tried to buy these vitamins in Hong Kong as I'm currently in the USA on a visit to my family. These vitamins are about $25-30 USD/month's supply and are available at most health food stores. Keep in mind that when it comes to vitamins and supplements often you "pay for what you get"--sometimes cheaper vitamins cannot be readily absorbed by the body so it ends up being a waste of time and money even to take them.
