Scabies / Lice in Hong kong

Hi


Is this prevalent in hong kong?



I seem to have alot of scratching and I have had bed lice before so I know the feeling, I have got some scabies liquid from the chemist but it doesnt seem to be doing anything.



Just wanted to know if anyone has had it in hong kong?

Also wanted to add I have had this for about 2 weeks, since i visited a stray dog in a vet at the midlevels vet - the lady maintains the dog didnt have sarcoptic mite mange, but was talking bull*hit as I now have this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too common, but can still occur.

Best to check with GP / Dermatologist an d get prescribed medications.

I did - I went to doc on saturday and he said lice/mites are not common here.


He thinks i have an allergy here, probably from dust/pollution/hayfever


He gave me some steroid skin cream for my hot spots and some hayfever medication for day/night/


I feel better but I still feel like I have rendom itches like bed bugs.


I had bed bugs before and they came back 3x to my bedroom in australia.


It was the most awful thing I have ever had!!!


The doc thinks i am a little paranoid from them. :(


I am!!!!
