Hi all,
I am looking for an Australian GP either on HK island itself or around the Kowloon area. Any recommendations?
Or failing that any recommendations for a English fluent GP in those areas?

Catherine Heath at OT&P in Wan Chai is aussie. I used to go to her all the time, she is fabulous.
The only reason I don't go to her now is because I go to the OT&P practice in Clear Water Bay instead, it's much closer for us. They have British doctors there who are very good also.
But if you definitely want Australian, Catherine is the one. Very down to earth and practical. The number is 2824 9112.

With regards to GPs in HK, can you use your HK ID card to get subsidies (similar to Medicare in Australia). Or do you need to pay full price ? If so, how much is full price ?

HK ID card is not like a medicare card. You will pay full price and if you have private health cover, then claim back. To go to a private doctor, I pay anywhere from $600-750 for a consultation.
