It is unusual someone seeking medical service based on location. I am sure you must have some practical reason for that. I can only relate it to inmobility of the patients who need in-house care. This happens a lot in post-stroke patients. If you are more specific about your need, may be someone here can give you more help. Sai Kung is a residental area while most acupuncturists are flocked in Central , Wanchai, and Causeway.

Thanks for the reply. It is more related to convenience and proximity, there is no 'mobility'issue'. Would you know a good acupuncturist somewhere in the New Territories rather than on HK island? If not, can you recommend someone on HK island? thanks in advance.
