Partial memory loss - Should I seek a doctor's help

I am 43 years old. Of late I have noticed that my memory power to remember people names (Not all) is taking a hit and I do forget some names. I do not think I am deficient in all matters as I have a better memory retention in work, etc related matters than my colleague, I do remind them the past more than they can remember.

I am getting very worried with the name retention loss. Does any one have such problem and can refer to suitable doctors, courses?
