I am a hongKong student who has been studying in Canada. I have been suffering from clonus of tensor tympani which ENT docs in Canada said there's nothing they can do. I have tried osteopathy in Canada, my problem did not get better but got worse. My ear now is very sensitive to loud noise and I was told that I have hyperacusis. I would like to see a ENT doctor in Hong Kong who would help with my problems. I cannot afford to go to private hospital because I don't have health insurance. I've read about Dr. Von Hasselt above and would like to know how I could see him at Prince of Wales Hospital and if there are other docs whom I could see. The ENT centre and Matilda seems unaffordable for me. Many thanks.

Acupuncture.
If your issue is associated with disorder of 5 – hydroxytryptamine, opioid peptides, or r – aminobutyric acid, something to do with inbalance of internal secretion, acupuncture can help. Surgery is not my expertise.
