What should I do???????


I have lost most of the weight over these 3 yrs.( yeah, I been having a hard time losing the weight) after I had my second child. losing weight at the waist is easier than the rest of the body for me! So any ways my question is how can I lose weight ( slim down ) my arms and calves? Anyone have any good excerises or some other suggestions ? And I am sorry I don't want to join one of those "beauty centres I have lost $$ joining them before!
