Osteopath?

I saw an expat ostepath in Central, for tennis elbow a few months back. (Her name was Jonine Nash at Vibrant Health Centre, 21115181).


My Dr had originally sent me to a physiotherapist, but I wasnt getting much relief, and they mentioned it might be coming from my neck, so I went and saw an osteopath instead.

It was fixed within 2 sessions!


She was very thorough and looked at my neck, shoulder, arm/forearm and upper back. She massaged some muscles in my back, shoulder, arm and neck, then moved my shoulder and elbow around, then clicked my neck and the pain stopped..

My impression of the difference between her and the physio was that she worked all around my upper body, not just my forearm.


Give it a try, Im a convert!
