Buying Psyllium in HK

Been reading about psyllium husks possibly helping with IBS symptoms. Has anyone bought some here? If so, I'd appreciate any info on where you got them from and an idea of the cost. And has adding them to your food worked for you?

Found them in Watson's. Price ranges from 50 to 100+ , depending on the brand

I buy my Psyllium in the Indian supermarket on ground floor of yes, Chungking Mansions. "Telephone" Brand powdered psyllium from India retails at all of HK$15 a packet. Works like all psyllium does, so go for it, big spender.
