Personally i wouldn't waste your money. You can get excellent results just brushing with baking soda. I brush once a day with the soda and use my normal toothpaste twice a day for the taste/freshness. My teeth look great. At least try it before you decide to pay out alot of money.

I did it with ZOOM last year. The result was excellent in terms of colour (after a couple of days) but I had problems with a gum that was burnt during the process. It was quite stressing as it turned black and finally a piece of it fell (grew back, but still it was very stessing).
So even if the result was very good, I would not recommend the ZOOM whitening.
I paid 8000hkd for 3 periods of 15mn each (at the dentist).
Since then, I've read that you get excellent results with a tray with Opalescence seringes (ordered at a dentist) without any gum problems...

Wow, that sounds really scary!
A piece of gum fell after it turned black........OMG!
It was also quite pricey.
I remember I paid about half the price back home in Germany and they did an excellent job.
It was 4 years ago, I really would love to have it done again...
So please, any recommendations someone?

At the Vitality Center, Ph No 25371118, they have pure essential oils mouth wash called OraMD, I have been using that and never had any plaque formation on my teeth, it is great, I don't know if you can use it for whitening though!
