Just wondering if anyone has an Alen Air Purifier? Any comments on the product and performance would be appreciated... and company support..

We're choking up
If you're gasping for air today, the Hong Kong Observatory has bad news - you can expect more of the same for the next few days.
The news came as air quality plunged yesterday, with the air pollution index reaching 163 in Causeway Bay, 147 in Central and 145 in Mong Kok.
A reading between 100 and 200 is considered "very high" and hazardous to health.

Hi Auzcan,
We have had our Alen purifier for about 2 years now and I must say it is good and we haven't been as sick with colds and flu's. Our first purifier we received made some rattling noises and Alen were very good in giving us a new one.
Originally we had a Phillips purifier but I find the Alen much better.
