My 18 month old daughter is currently on Formula. I was thinking of weaning her off that and change to either UHT Milk or Fresh Milk.
I would like to know whether there are sufficient nutrients in her diet if she is not on formula.
I would also like to know if there is a difference in nutritional value in UHT vs Fresh Milk. (ie. does being UHT change the nutritional value of the milk).
Thanks!

As your daughter is 18 months old, she should be getting all her nutrients from her food. A varied and healthy diet is much more important than formula.
There is no difference between fresh and UHT milk, although they taste slightly different. UHT has the benefit of not needing refrigeration until you open the carton, so if you are travelling it is easy to take with you. But in the end it is personal preference. Just remember to give her full cream milk as all children under 5 should have full fat dairy products (their brain needs the extra fat).
My son drinks powdered milk, just because that is the easiest thing in my household.
