You can see Dr Anthony Li, he is a general surgeon and does laparoscopic hernia surgery, his clinic is in Central.
You can call 2521-6830 to find out more, they do quite a few insurance covers, but for detail you'll have to call to ask.

Just had a laporoscopic hernia repair 2 weeks ago and used Dr Darren Mann, he did an excellent job and I now feel like I have never had the surgery and have tiny, tiny scars!! He is on the 8/F

I just found out that I have a Spigelian Hernia (quite rare, difficult to diagnose and apparently difficult to mend) and I am looking for a good surgeon. I am based in Hong Kong. Is there anyone out there who has had a Spigelian Hernia operated on here? I want someone who can fix it properly the first time as I've heard stories of people having 3 operations for the same hernia. Otherwise I will call the two surgeons mentioned above and hope for the best. Thanks...

Another recommendation for Dr. Anthony Li. He works at two clinics. One in Central and another in TST, Humphrey and Partners. Had a laporoscopic surgery on my bilateral femoral and inguinal hernia and an open surgery on my umbilical hernia. He is very caring, calm, soothing person and an excellent doctor and a surgeon. The whole process from consultation through the actual surgery and follow up went smoothly and stress-free. My scars are hardly noticeable! He explained everything very clearly to me and answered all my concerns.
