I enjoy running for leisure and I normally have a good run every morning. But a week ago, I suffered an injury in my right knee and it was hurting badly. I went to physiotherapist Steven Bremner at Holistic Central. As he was treating me, he asked if I was sleeping well and I mentioned that I had some neck pain lately. He told me that both pains were somehow related and proceeded to work on both areas. I felt so relieved afterwards.

Hey, I also went to another therapist at Holistic Central...but it was Dr. Wendy Yang, a chiropractor who I've been going to for my shoulder. I can't really explain what she did but it sure wasn't bone-cracking!!! She did some gentle touches to my back and told me to just focus on my breathing...something happened and my shoulder felt so free...give her a try next time!
