trigger point therapy

Does anybody know a good therapist who specialises in deep trigger point therapy and even trigger point injections? Preferably one that is not extremely expensive.


I have chronic shoulder and neck pains from extremely tensed shoulders + many knots, especially inbetween the shoulder blades and on top of shoulders. I've been suffering from this for many years.


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
