I think we all have the same problem. We not only want to loose weight in general we would rather like to have our weight loss targeted to our problem areas, no? I found HYPOXI very helpful as I lost where I wanted to loose - at my thunder-thighs.

Mate, getting advice Digitally to lose weight.....won't happen,,because you already have a problem that you cannot solve in your mind, you cannot control or fix it yourself because you have no self control. From past experience,,join a gym or find a friend that has done it and have hit their Goal, you need to jump out of that box you are in and make yourself accountable,,OH, you also have to Love it, because thats the only motivation you got..!!!
