Soooooo .... if a high fat diet is beneficial for someone with epilepsy, does that diet transform into something harmful for people without epilepsy?

Good saturated fats and proteins are good for epilepsy, thats the basis of ketogenic diet, which has been proven to help children with the condition since 1930s.
I agree with meats, overcooking is bad, type of meat is important, grass fed organic v everything else, many factors to take into account.
