hi,
school is asking for the health record of my 3 yr old kid.I am worried where to go for the whole checkup?went to the local health center(government one) but unfortunately they refused to do so...asked me to go to private clinic,which is too costly!!!!seek help,any idea?

by health record doesn't the school just mean your child's immunization record?
