Ok. So there's two different answers in two countries. In India, they told you: you are suffered Thyroids. In Hong Kong UCH. Is this United Christian Hospital. If so, I would highly recommend as they save my dad life. My dad had sudden heart attack in 20 years ago. The doctor and nurse save my dad. Thank you! UCH! Salute <3 And indeed, there are a lot of place/laborary/hospital/clinic you can through blood test and check are you really suffering from thyroid. And thyroid patients can mainly divided to two kinds. The 1st is overactive and always stress and. And 2nd is totally opposite very tired, obesity .. I would suggest you perhaps you can do the blood test first; you can check T3 and T4 level. Besides, you have to understand what lifestyle you are having.. Are you in a stessing working environment? If so, try to relax.. Eat normal. Not much. Not less. Do your best to maintain your good quality lifestyle. Do exercise. One or two times per week. It can be walking. Running. Dancing. Hiking. I am 41 years 10 days. 70.1 kgs. 166cm tall. I am super healthy physically. As I work out quite a lot.

Here's is a youtube specially for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9oUcOeuTI8

Her name is Summer Sanders ..we were born in same day, same month and same year.. She's a 4 medals olympic winner in 2012 butterfly swim

Lastly, keep movin! Be bright! May god be with you. With love and care.

Hi there

I am in my mid thirties. A year ago, I suffered from sudden tyroid attack. The pair of glands just under my neck were swollen. I was scared to death. With bad luck, there was other lumps rose from the left side of my neck. I was Chinese. After I found out the cause of the lumps with a western general practitioner, I turned to a traditional Chinese doctor. After 1 and a half month of traditional Chinese treatment (drinking herbal tea), the lumps died down, and no surgeries required. How lucky. I was seeing Dr. Ke You Fu 柯有甫 at 2/F, Chinese Medicine Clinic at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital in Wan Chai operated by University of HK and HK Tuberculosis Association. May God bless and protect you dear. http://antitb.org.hk/cmc/zh/contactus.asp
