I recently lost my father here in HK and am going through a really rough time. Hence I have been searching online and have not been able to find an English speaking support group which I can go to and speak with other people who have gone through the loss of a loved one and how they are coping - I even asked a social worker to help me find one and all are in Cantonese. Most of the groups I have seen are suicide, alcohol, abuse and drugs related but none for grief/bereavement.
I would appreciate if anyone knows of an English support that they can recommend to me or if there are people like me who are struggling with this maybe we should organise our own meet.
