I have yet to have any sort of cosmetic surgery in HK since I have done a couple in Manila, Philippines. I have booked an eyelid consultation with Dr Lorenzo ( Manila ) after a friend's experience. I chose the good doctor because he is recommended by two of my close friends.
Choosing the best surgeon that can do your procedure is a must. Check out his before and after photos of past patients. That way you can gauge how good that surgeon is. Best of luck!
