Doctor for Tonsillectomy - Paed

My 4.5yr old has very large tonsils and needs them removed, possibly adenoids too. Have seen one great ENT, but our insurance is not enough to come close to the $65k bill.

Any recommendations for a good ENT (or possibly Paed Surgeon if they can remove tonsils/adenoids) that won't break the bank? Something ideally under $40k.
