Best chiropractor in Hong Kong

I would like to share with you my own experience about my chiropractor helping me going through years of pain.
I had chronic migraines after a car accident in July 2012 due to a disc displacement. At the time, I was living in Italy and I had seen a kinesiotherapist for a year but my neck remained very stiff and I still had severe headaches.

After moving to Hong Kong, I decided to see an osteopath. To be honest, at this moment I didn’t know the difference between osteopathy, kinesiotherapy or chiropractic. After each session with my osteopath, I would feel much better for few days but the migraines always came back. It was helping but not really fixing my problem with my neck.

This year, as my migraines were going stronger again a friend suggested that I try their chiropractor, Dr Belinda Forsyth in Central. It was a revelation.

The first thing I noticed was how she checked entirely at my body and not only at my neck. She noticed my scoliosis, my flat feet and my wrist I injured years ago during a match of Judo. Impressive. She told me that my neck needed an adjustment but also my shoulders. I now feel better than I have in years and I can’t be more grateful to Dr Belinda.

I recommend Dr Rin Park! I have been seeing him for 3 years . He has helped to solve my back pains and my neck pains. Having had a hip surgery before, my posture and muscles are compensated. I go to the gym often and sometimes a certain movement will cause me pain. I have been very cautious in choosing a chiropractor when I moved to HKG because of the many choices here.

However , Dr Park is very skillful and he asks me questions to make sure that the right treatment is given.
