Looking for a tutor (local) for a S4-S6 math student.
Best to be focused on the HKDSE exam.
If you have rates, that would be even better.
Do they have these tutors online as well, or just face to face?
Thanks

Hi Sweetland,
Based in Hong Kong for over 15 years, I’m an American Teacher (Native English). I’ve successfully taught adults and children in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment.
After earning my masters degree in 2010 from HKUST, I joined an education tutorial center. For the last seven years, I have taught English, Math, and Science to students of all ages and learning abilities; different grade levels, from tertiary university to primary school; teaching conversation, writing, speaking, listening, and reading comprehension.
I've also prepared students for the IB, I/GCSE, Pre-IB, and Entrance examinations; this includes Studies, Standard, and Higher level, with students from South Island School, German Swiss International School, Singapore International School - just to name a few.
Just sent you a pm with details regarding rate. Do contact me to discuss.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
RCherry

Hello;
I'm offering tutoring in Math or English. I have taught in private and university settings as well as students from grade 5 up through adults. I was born in Taiwan, lived in Japan, US, and HK, and am mainly from Los Angeles. I speak and teach in English. I enjoy working with students not only to complete tasks but also to comprehend the process. It's a joy for me to see a student understand or discover something new about the subject. I've also volunteer taught cooking, swing dancing, Bible, philosophy, and poetry, to name a few things about me. Hope to hear from you!
Also, I have a BS degree in Math, and have worked with students in secondary schools to university non-Math majors. I also have an MFA degree in Creative Writing, Poetry.
You can reach me at +852 9867 1060.
Warm Regards,
Mike Liaw

there is this online platform for high school kids to practice math to prepare for DSE exam
Super convenient, and much cheaper than a tutor (although I guess having a tutor and practice online at home would be even better)
Called ePractice: https://www.dsemth.com
Check it out.
