Looking for some advice on removal of my horrible double chin. I'm a pretty fit person and my overall appearance is good but I have this double chin that looks aweful and really want to get rid of it. Diet and exercise is not really the answer as I'm 5"11 and 73kg. Can anyone out there offer any advice?

Sometimes a face lift can be used but for full information better to contact a plastic surgeon. We do have leaflets on the different methods of plastic surgery, please feel free to contact me if you would like a copy.

Thanks for all the responses. Hey, I keep on seeing this guy Dr. P in BKK coming up in a number of chat strings. Can anyone send me a web address or contact details for him?

Not uncommonly, a fit person who asked for liposuction in the neck when appeared at my clinic for the first time, finally took my advice, accepted liposuction in the neck and a chin augmentation, left my clinic with a superb result.
The reason I recommend a chin augmentation is because very often a fit person who complained of double neck does not really have a lot of fat in his or her neck; instead the thickness of the fat under the chin is mainly because of hypoplasia of the chin- a chin augmenation itself probably can solve half of his or her double neck problem, and certainly liposuction in the neck highlights the profile additionally.
Liposuction of the neck and chin augmentation can be done together under local anesthesia, no stitches are to be removed afterwards.

I believe both chin augmentation and neck liposuction will help, and recommend the examples on website http://27565488.com
