ORIGINAL POST

Hi, I just started work in hong kong and my children and wife used to eat manuka honey daily for good health.

Would you guys recommend me any shops? I am wary of chinese companies as there are many biz pushing fake "manuka honey" as the real deal...

any recommendations would be highly appreciated =D

Just look around in any of the LARGER shops in the various Supermarket chains ... and then be ready to fork out lots of do$h for a SMALL pot of Manuka !!

Alternatively purchase a $100 "dollop" of KEFIR from me, and it keeps creating more & more.

I've been consuming it for ~10 years (from the same Kefir) and it has kept me 'alive' - so far - & I am 76 y.o !!

Find my advert here & on "another" HK expat site.

whats kefir?

anyway I prefer UMF certified manuka honey...
sorry, it is the only NZ government backed certification that proves it is manuka and not some high priced sugar water... :(

I recently bought from http://honeycity.hk

Their comvita prices are quite competitive and other brands that you can choose from as well.
