During routine blood tests, both PSA and testosterone were very high. Had ultrasound on Sat, initial indication is that it is a benign enlarged prostate with some calcification.
Still waiting for full results, wonder if anyone had similar situation (seems to be rather normal for us mid-age males) and what treatment was given or any changes to lifestyle (food, exercise, etc). From my understanding, it is not something to be overly concerned about but would like to know others' experience if you can share.
Many thanks, Robert

Hi, you need to need to continue/ follow up with your doctor. Free testosterone and dihydro- testosterone should be measured. FSH (Folic Stimulating Hormone), LH (Luteinizing Hormone)and SHBG (Sex hormone Binding Globulin) also. If testosterone is truly high you should consider using medications.
