Hello everybody,
I am looking for gluten-free flour because I am intolerant to gluten.
I've heard a lot about Bob's Red Mill brand, so if you have any suggestions on where I can find this kind of products I will appreciate it!
Moreover, I know that the same brand sells mix as gluten-free chocolate chip cookie mix. So if I can also find this it will be great, thanks.

I found gluten free flour in one of the Indian grocery stores in ground floor of Chung King Mansions, they also have a number of gluten free flours made from Chick Peas, potato flour etc. I also found millet, which may better in the diet than rice.

I know that The Store situated in Central has this brand you’re talking about (Bob’s Red Mill). They also have a website name thestore.com.hk.
Moreover, I think they have other gluten-free products like the mix you talking about.
