I've seen quite a lot of old posts about a this and I wanted to get updated as I'm planning to do it. Any doctor recommendation? is Lasik the only technique? how much does it cost? is HK Sanatorium the most reliable?

The newest technology is the implantable contact lens. It is less disruptive than Lasik and easy to change later if your eyes change. Right now, it is more expensive than Lasik and I'm not sure it is available in HK. The Eye Clinic at HK Sanatorium has a good reputation.
