need a reasonable and clean place for permanent hair removal at HK. Most of them seem pretty expensive. Was wondering which is a good place to go. What about Shenzen.. would that be cheaper??

I use Bella (can I mention their name on here - am not sure if allowed to), they are expensive yes, however I can vouch for the effectiveness, plus they are very professional, know what they are doing as trained to a high level in the States by the founding company of the machine & great staff. Do you really want to risk the possibility of burns & or scaring etc by going to a clinic that is cheaper but may not be properly qualified. I wouldn't risk myself personally & have come across some horror stories.
