Whether U are pregnant or not, U need to take care of the diabetes. Abortion is out of the question. Don't ever think about it. There are some food supplements that can go with your medication that are anti depressants and at the same time can lower blood glucose

I really feel for you and I understand that you are opposed to an abortion but if it is the doctors advice that you won't be able to carry a pregnancy to term (or at least to 32 weeks to the little tyke's lungs are mature) and assuming you are in fact pregnant then you have to think of which is worse:
In that situation you would have the choice of,
1) Have the termination for medical reasons and have your tubes tied or something like that to ensure it doesn't happen again.
2) Carry on with the pregnancy and risk uterine rupture, possibly resulting in your death wich would leave your 10 year old without a mum.
An embryo is nothing more than a clump of cells that have divided and organised themselves for a few weeks. It is not a fetus, nor at all recognisably human for at least 7 weeks after conception. I won't tell you what is right for you but in every situation there are risks and oportunities and you just have to figure out the equation yourself.
Good luck with it all.
