These are symptoms: swollen lips, rash on lips, rash on 2 isolated areas of arm and hip/torso. Occured after eating pizza. Eating pizza is usually never a problem.. same toppings. Only difference is went to new pizza joint. Any ideas as to what may have caused this? Could it be additives in the cheese or pizza dough?

sounds like chemical poisoning. Most likely you are "sensitive" to the things they used to spray the pan for the pizza, or the cleansers to clean the pans.... but COULD be the ingredients too, you didn't mention what toppings, hard to say. But possible it's what they used to cook the pizza in.
Should go away in a few days though..... take an antihistamine and see if it's better. If not, better go see a doctor!

i wish i had seen this earlier because it sounds like you have developed an allergic reaction to something you have ingested or have been in contact with.
swollen lips is not a good sign, may require emergency medical treatment. lips are not skin, they are mucous membranes and line all the way along the GI tract. if you are indeed having serious allergic reaction, your mucous membranes are swelling, you can suffocate to death. it can be very serious. this's what my doctor told me long time ago...if lips, eyes or tongue is/are swollen, hurry to the ER.
katetam is right, it can be anything.
