too tense & anxious for simple reasons..trouble relaxing!also with sum muscle spasms. tkin drug diazepam..but not much of help! any feedbk or suggestions will b helpful!

Ive seen doctors alredy..but the medication's not helpin me!feelin very helpless these days... btw wats ssri treatment?
Not all docs and meds are created equal, sorry to say. Plus, once you stabilize with meds you also need to address the underlying causes. Even if there's nothing you can do about some things that overload the stress feelings, there are coping techniques you can learn through short term cognitive therapy as well.
You may certainly need to see a doctor (or, better yet, a doctor specializing in nutritional and natural medicine) but there is NO reason (and, in fact, absolutly no valid scientific data) to sugest that you need a toxic, dangerous and unsuccessful drug or class of drugs for what you have described. By the way, the cost for poisoning your brain, probably on a permanant basis, is rather high.
And, yes, I am a physician, as a matter of fact, a physician trained in psychiatry so I know the tragic inside of the hoax from a meaningful vantage point.
