Knee Pain

Doctors are usually unable to make a diagnosis for soft tissue damage. Suggest you see a manipulative physio as they can make a diagnosis and provide treatment. All MPs are trained in Australia and one in HK really helped a friend of mine who was increasingly unable to climb stairs. He is now pain free.

Sounds like osteoarthritis, but there may be a variety of causes. I suggest a consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knees and possibly a MRI scan to get a proper diagnosis. In the meantime try

glucosamine, which is safe and will help if it is arthritis.

Acupuncture is very effective in treating joint pain. I've had knee problems in the past that was relieved with a couple of treatments. Drug-free and painless.
